Arizona Quilters GuildCommitted to educating the public and our members about the place quilts hold in our lives, hearts, and history. |
It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced quilter to spice up your techniques. AQG provides ample educational opportunities for the benefit of the Membership, including classes and lectures provided by national teachers, and AQG-sponsored seminars or retreats. Many are being offered virtually or in a traditional classroom setting. Go to the events tab to find what is planned and register for them. The cost of lectures is free as part of your membership.

One of AQG's education goals is to bring the knowledge and love of quilting to our youth in order that our craft continues. It is recommended the chapters setup such a program in their area. Members at Large are also welcome to create a program.
Note at least at least 6 AQG members need to be available to plan, create and work the program. The following are the guidelines on how to create the camp, safety rules and recommended Quilt pattern.

We look forward to hearing about the camp success.
